  • Deliveries typically reach customers within 7 natural days after dispatch.

These timelines are estimates only. We keep a reasonable buffer and do not strictly guarantee these timeframes.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

4. DELIVERY DELAYS

ZoneX Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

We do not guarantee delivery dates.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

ZoneX Hub is not liable for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details will be shared once the order has been shipped, where available.

Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system and availability.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, as stated in our Terms of Service.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can assist you.
