Cancellation Policy

At ZoneX Hub, we strive to process and ship orders efficiently. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  • Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been accepted and processed by ZoneX Hub.

  • Once an order is confirmed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To request a cancellation (if eligible), customers must contact us immediately at contact@zonexhub.in with their order details.

2. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped

  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or special offers (unless otherwise stated)

  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized products (if applicable)

3. CANCELLATION BY ZONEX HUB

  • ZoneX Hub reserves the right to cancel an order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Pricing or listing errors

    • Payment verification issues

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

4. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) may be non-refundable once processing has begun.

5. REFUND VS CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation requests are different from returns or refunds.

  • If an order cannot be cancelled, customers may refer to our Refund Policy [LINK] for return eligibility after delivery.

6. CHANGES TO ORDERS

  • Requests to modify an order (such as address changes or product changes) are treated as cancellation requests and are subject to the same conditions.

  • We do not guarantee that changes can be accommodated once an order is placed.
