3. SHIPPING CHARGES

4. DELIVERY DELAYS

  • ZoneX Hub is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our control.

  • Tracking updates depend on the courier partner’s system and availability.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer, as stated in our Terms of Service.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can assist you.
